As the founder and CEO of Spreading Love Homecare Assistance, Gloria Henry brings over twenty years of dedicated experience in the homecare industry. Her compassion and professional expertise enable her to develop meaningful connections with clients and their families. Gloria's unwavering commitment to spreading love and kindness shines through in every interaction, whether aiding with daily living tasks, managing medications, or simply offering a sympathetic ear. Gloria's kind-hearted nature forms the bedrock of our company's ethos.
A native of Northern Louisiana, Gloria was deeply influenced by her mother's selfless dedication as a caregiver. Inspired by her mother's example of treating others with respect and care, Gloria is profoundly committed to extending compassionate assistance to those in need. Unbeknownst to Gloria, she did not anticipate that her experiences caring for her parents, family members, and neighbors would instill a special passion for spreading love through caregiving.
At Spreading Love Homecare Assistance, Gloria envisions creating a nurturing environment where clients feel valued, supported, and empowered to embrace life to its fullest. “Our team is dedicated to delivering a great client experience, while creating personalized care plans and fostering trusting relationships that can have a positive impact on the lives and families that we serve.” Gloria uses her academic background and professional experiences to create an inclusive environment that supports a diverse group of clientele. With Gloria's leadership steering our course, the Spreading Love Homecare team is committed to providing a professional, compassionate, high-quality home care assistance program that enriches the lives of our clients and their families. Bill Henry
As the Director of Operations at Spreading Love Homecare Assistance, William "Bill" Henry brings over three decades of unparalleled leadership experience. Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Grambling State University. His career began in the United States Army, where he served as a Field Artillery officer, progressing through the ranks to the esteemed position of Major. Bill honed his leadership skills throughout his military tenure, demonstrating resilience, strategic thinking, and a steadfast commitment to mission success.
After transitioning from the military, Bill began a distinguished career with several Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson and Alcon Laboratories. His roles encompassed senior-level management positions, where he spearheaded initiatives to enhance production efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resources. With a proven track record of achieving cost savings, improving teamwork, quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, Bill's expertise is invaluable in his current role at Spreading Love Homecare Assistance.

Dr. Patricia Simmons
My name is Patricia Simmons, and I have dedicated my life to education and helping others. With a Doctorate degree in Developmental Education, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction, I have spent over three decades working at Grambling State University and Jackson State University in various capacities. From administrative assistant to adjunct professor to Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance, I have always strived to make a positive impact on those around me.
In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am also a mother of six children and a grandmother of twenty grandchildren. Family is incredibly important to me, and I take great pride in being able to provide a helping hand in this life’s journey. My husband Johnny Simmons shares my passion for education and helping others, working as a teacher and basketball coach.
One of the driving forces behind my career is my passion for helping people. As the Director of Spreading Love Homecare Assistance, I am able to fulfill this passion by making a difference in people's lives, promoting lifestyle changes, and improving the quality of life for those in need.
Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand the transformative power of empowering individuals with knowledge and skills. We can help them achieve their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. This belief has guided me in all aspects of my work.
As an educator and caregiver, I understand the importance of empathy and compassion in making a difference in people's lives. By listening to their needs and providing support where it is needed most, we can create lasting change that benefits not only individuals but entire communities.
